Format Validator

Our online validation tools allow you to check integrity of your files and document’s embedded metadata. In case you are using one of the industry standards for templates (FinDatEx, openfunds, …) or embedded metadata, ensure your files and documents meet the required criteria for system processing. You should only submit your data/documents after you have successfully validated them.

Please refer to the Templates and Guides section for the specification details of various template types.

openfunds static data files

Spreadsheet validation - check static data files in openfunds format.

To validate openfunds regulatory files, please use the validator on this page, section ‘Regulatory data files’.

Document Validator

There are various tools available for the validity testing of PDF metadata, document URLs and CSV structure.

PDF Metadata - this tool checks whether a PDF document meets the metadata specifications.

Document URL - validate a document URL as such, not the PDF itself. Test if the URL is returning a PDF in a way that we are able to process the document.

Doc-Transfer System - validate your Doc-TS feed file to ensure that you are meeting the requirements of our specifications.
